moma.house is operated by MOMA HOUSE INC (“we”, “us”), 156 S Orange Dr, Los Angeles, CA. By using this website, inquiring, or booking a stay, you agree to these terms. Questions: info@moma.house.

Direct booking requests are confirmed only when we accept them and payment is completed; payments are processed by Stripe. Stays booked through third-party platforms (such as Airbnb or Vrbo) are additionally governed by that platform's terms and cancellation policy. House rules, occupancy limits, and quiet hours communicated for each home are part of these terms; local transient-occupancy taxes are collected where required by Los Angeles law.

Program description. MOMA HOUSE sends text messages in two contexts: (1) operational notifications to our own employees and contractors who have consented — cleaning and turnover assignments, maintenance task reminders, and schedule changes; and (2) conversational messages related to your inquiry or stay when you text us or ask us to text you.

Consent is voluntary. Opting in to SMS is never a condition of employment, engagement, purchase, or of receiving any service from MOMA HOUSE. Declining or opting out has no effect on your role or your stay — the same information remains available by email and in our scheduling tools.

Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies by role and activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; you will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@moma.house.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The site and its content (text, photography, branding) belong to MOMA HOUSE INC and may not be reproduced without permission. Don't misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape guest data, or interfere with its operation.

The site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOMA HOUSE INC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. These terms are governed by California law.

We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
